I'm Raj, an independent AI consultant based here in the South Bay. I build practical AI tools for small businesses, and I've spent years building the reports and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that show owners where their time and money go.

How much does the audit cost?
Nothing. I look at where your office time goes and hand you a short written list. If something is worth building we can talk then, but the audit itself has no cost or obligation.
Do I need to buy new software?
No. Most of what I find works with tools you likely already pay for, like ChatGPT or Claude. The audit tells you what is possible before you spend a dollar.
Is my company data safe?
Yes. I watch how your office works and take notes. I do not take copies of your files, and nothing leaves your building without your say-so. Export-controlled or defense work stays inside your own systems.
What happens after the audit?
You get your one-page report and can run with it yourself. If you would rather I build the top item, I quote that separately as a fixed-price project. No retainer to start.
